Cocktails & Spirts

Everyone like's liquor right? Well so do we, in fact, we like it so much that we have hand picked some of our favorite and lesser known liquors for your taste buds. One of our bar experts, Ray McKay, chose a healthy selection of bourbons, whiskeys, and scotches that would please any whiskey connoisseur.

The classic cocktail has made a huge comeback in the modern bar industry, and we are definitely big fans. The bartender does not just sling drinks, but acts as "chemist" or "mixologist" of liquor and mixers in order to make delicious concoctions.

Our house craft cocktail creator Frankie Thaheld, has put together an excellent drink menu for Alchemy. In Frankie's own words:

"I have an extensive knowledge of imported and fine liqueurs, and I make my own all natural infusions. I believe in creating cocktails with fresh and rare ingredients, paying special attention to what is growing seasonally on our local farms. I try to challenge and sate the palettes of our guests whether they're looking for an adventurous concoction or just a unique spin on a reliable classic. Come and let us indulge you."
