Suckling Pig Dinner

 

Eighteen to twenty three pound suckling pig from a network of small family farms in Iowa provided by Premier Meats directly to Alchemy.

Our pig is slow roasted in a caja china for four hours.  The meat has been marinated in one of three traditional seasoning:  Southern, Cuban or Polynesian Island Style.  The pig is served crispy skin and whole for your enjoyment.
