Happy Thanksgiving !!

We hope you are all able to spend some time with your family/friends on Thanksgiving Day, we will be closed so our team can be with theirs as well.

However, we will be open the rest of the week just like always, for both dinner and weekend brunch.

AND...the vegetarian tasting menu is still on for Wednesday, and it will be rocking!!!

San Diego Beer Week

San Diego Beer Week is upon us...we are featuring our standard local brews, Stone IPA, Lighting Amber and Airdale Dark and Stormy Stout.  In addition, we have Stone Smoked Porter, Brewery Ommegang Rare Vos and Wandering Aengus Heirloom Blend Cider.  All the beers are available all week and we are pairing one each night with our tapa del dia.

alchemy is having an awsome week...

On Tuesday we took a group of students from our neighboring school to the coolest farm in San Diego, Suzie's Farm in Imperial Beach.  We have some photos in development, more to come on the whole student program we are doing with The Albert Einstein Academy and their Alice Waters Edible Schoolyard grant.

Also this week, we hosted the AIWF for a wine pairing dinner on Monday.  They menu was super and the wines paired very nicely with Chef Ricardo's creations.  Here is the menu:

Just got to tell ya all....we dig the veggies, we had a wonderful Farmer's Market Tasting Menu last night (wednesday)...we have it every week and it's only $25 !!!!  See what we had this week and boy was it good.
