Come join us Wednesday October 30th for a four course all vegan dinner with tasty courses such as Pumpkin Bisque. These courses are farm-to-table fresh and are sure to delight your taste buds.
The cost of dinner is $35, and the beverage pairings are an additional $15. It will start at 5 pm and run until we sell out or stop service at 10:00pm. Click HERE for further details.
The Dinner Menu will be:
1st course – Pumpkin Bisque
Clove, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Almond Milk
Paired with – Clara C, Prosecco NV.
2nd course – Hericot Vert
Green Peppercorn Crusted Lemon “Goat Cheese”, Pecans, Garlic, Grains of Paradise.
Paired with – Gerard Bertrand, Picpoul Di Pinet 2012.
3rd course – Roasted Cauliflower Risotto
Butternut Squash, Lobster Mushrooms, Pimento, Pedro Ximenez Vinegar Reduction, Micro Chervil.
Paired with – Laurent Miguel “NORD-SUD” Syrah 2007.
4th course – Bread Pudding
Golden and Black Raisins, Walnuts, Apple Butter, Hemp Milk Gelato, Walnut Oil Powder.
Paired with – Templeton Rye Hot Toddy.
